I Hate This Region

It's not even a month ago when I found out about PutFile.com, and last night when I tried to use their service I was greeted with this

Error: Due to persistent abuse we regret we are no longer accepting uploads from your region at this time.

As much as I hate PutFile for imposing a convenient blanket ban, I'm much more furious at those 'from my region'. Man, I hate this region. It's only an eight-point TOS, and you can't even follow that?
