TM: Total Malfunction


First of all, save the trees - use TMonline.

This is my latest phone bill. Not as bad as some people.

You would think TM would immediately announce this mixup on their website, rather than leave thousands of its user in the dark, grappling for answers among themselves. Or worse, expect them to come to Kedai Telekom (now TMpoint) to resolve the issue.

There's actually a Dispute Line Items on the online statement, but apparently it does not apply to Kredit Atau Caj-Caj Lain.

Me? I'll just hold off paying until the next month, thank you.
